Hello! We're James and Janet Macintyre and we've put together this website to tell our friends and family more about our house in Corchanu.
Corchanu is a small village near the Côte de Beaune, in the heart of the wine-growing hills of Burgundy. This is a lovely area of France, with breathtaking scenery, plenty to do, and the best food and wine in the country.
We bought the house in 2003 and since then have done lots of work to bring it into the 21st century, while still retaining its old fashioned charm. We spend a lot of time here ourselves but we also want to share our home with friends and family who are interested in visiting this scenic and interesting part of France.
